Testimonial:
When
I was doing my A Levels all my friends were planning to go to
university. I didn't want to go to university but at the same time
I didn't really know what to do next either. I had a few meetings
with Mark which were very helpful in helping me making up my mind
with what to do next.

Testimonial:
I wouldn't be here if someone like you hadn't had faith in my personal and academic ability to achieve what I put my mind to.
-- Sarita J, Law Graduate
Testimonial:
Before I went to see Mark at school I was
unsure of what career path I wanted to take and if university was something
I would enjoy. After just 2 sessions, Mark had helped me to realise that
I was very interested in doing Social Work and it helped me plan for my A
Levels. I'm now at Sussex University studying Social Work and still love
it!

We run a 2 1/2 hour workshop
where you will:
 |
Gain a greater understanding
of yourself and what makes you tick |
| The more you understand yourself
the better position you’re in to make good
decisions about your future. At this workshop
we’ll begin the process of establishing
your values, i.e. what is really important to
you. Over the years you will have picked up a
range of skills too – some will be clear
and easy for you to identify, others are less
obvious. We’ll spend some time establishing
these. We’ll also have some fun looking
at your personality preferences |
 |
|
 |
Create a picture of your ideal
job
You may not immediately be able to identify the exact
job you’d like to do but it is possible to
establish what your working environment should look
like. We’ll spend time painting a picture of
your dream career. |
| |
|
 |
Identify your next steps towards
the career you want
Having all this knowledge about yourself means nothing
if there is no action to accompany your learning.
We’ll spend the final part of the evening
helping you to identify where you are on your new
career direction journey and setting a goal so you
will walk away with some specific actions that you
have decided yourself. |
| |
|
 |
Receive on going support and
encouragement from fellow participants
After the workshop all participants are encouraged
to keep in contact and support each other as you
work towards your ultimate goal of achieving career
satisfaction. On going accountability and continued
support from fellow participants will ensure your
goals are achieved quicker than can be achieved
alone. |
